Shipping Information:

• Shipping costs will be the amount charged by the US Postal Service, according to weight and zip code with no additional handling fees added. We ship Priority Mail, delivery confirmation, with insurance unless otherwise requested.
• International orders will be calculated according to the United States Postal Service fees based on the weight of the package.
• 5-day inspection period and all items must be returned in the same condition as sent; buyer is responsible for shipping charges each way.
• Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards are welcomed.
• Money orders or personal checks, your personal check must clear before shipping.
• VA residents, 5% state sales tax.

We also accept, Money orders, Bank checks. If you send your personal check your items will not ship until your check clears. It could take up to 10 days.

Items are only held for you once you place an order. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date. VA residents state sales tax will be added to your order.

We offer lay-a way plans on items priced over $150.00. Lay-away options require one-third to half payment down with the remainder due within a reasonable period of time. Please contact me for details. Should you decide to cancel your lay-away, the down payment is non-refundable. Returns are merchandise credit only.  You can check the status of your order by signing into my account and then selecting the option to view order. This screen will let you know if your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or if it is being held

You are entitled to a five day inspection period. If you are not satisfied within the 5 day period, return merchandise for a full refund, if in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, less shipping costs. All returned items should be insured or we can not be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.  
Please let us know first if you are planning to return an item. After the inspection period, no returns will be accepted without prior arrangement for credit towards any other item. If the piece was consigned we will take it back re-consign it, once it sells, and we have no control over how long that will be, you will be paid less a commission fee. We have a 10 % restocking fee on certain items inquire before you return. We take many close up pictures, do a very detailed description. This may seem a bit harsh however; those who know us understand the difficulties we face.

If you have purchased something from us and you decide to return the item after the inspection period simply because some Internet chat room claims it is not a real piece. Our terms are if this person is such an expert he must stand behind his words. We will need a letter from the challenger stating his issues with the piece. We can no longer take back an item simply because someone claims it is not a good piece. There are to many experts out there with their own agendas. If you trash it tell me why in writing and sign your name.
