.)M1931 SHELTER QUARTER: so-called 'zeltbahn', double-sided camouflage with zinc metal buttons and grommets. Complete with original period black leather straps, 21" long and nearly identical but for one strap being crisply maker marked on opposite side "Pelzer, Kirn/N." and '1942' dated. Typically condition on zeltbahn shelter quarter, numerous pin holes and one small 1" square field repair (patched with piece of greenish-brown cloth); also, one small paint spot. Marker marked on border with typical bluish-black ink "Anton Lorhen" (faintly, but it's there) and much more obviously dated '1939'. Shows typical field-worn condition but no obvious major problems. Leather straps are soft and supple complete with all hardware. EXC++$245.00. To Order

.)AIR DEFENSE LEADER OF THE ARMY ARM BAND: rather scarce and very desirable arm band, a genuine period specimen. 4" wide white cotton fabric with ends sewn together. With 42x61mm solid brass buckle having separately applied high quality nickel-silver roundel in center, well detailed and crisp. In a wonderful state of preservation…SOLD

.)ARMY TROPICAL PITH HELMET SHIELDS: not a matched set as is always the case with these, but one can only tell from the back co6-10-24abcnstruction that different maker's produced these separately. The finish on both shields is completely intact and perfect, these obviously having never been issued. The reverse of Wehrmacht eagle shield is maker marked 'R.K.'. Both are the same 36x42mm dimensions. SOLD

.)THIRD REICH GERMAN ARMY COMBAT BAYONET WITH LEATHER FROG: nearly 100% of the original gun metal blue finish remains on blade but for some mild wear from in/out scabbard action. Ricasso is marked with the scales logo of the Alcoso firm and with serial number '415' which is not matched to that on upper scabbard throat "4530". With dark brown bakelite grips and gun metal blue finished hilt and cross-guard, excellent state of preservation. Interesting to point out that pommel is also die-struck with serial numbered digits "10797" (police constabulary weapon?). With gun metal blue finished steel scabbard, pretty much intact and perfect but for some light age browning. Scabbard ball is 'waffenamt' proof-marked. With black leather combat type frog, soft and supple with all stitching strong and intact. EXC++$135.00.To Order

.)THIRD REICH GERMAN ARMY WARTIME TRANSPORT CAPTAIN'S SHOULDER BOARDS: actually a very rare set of matched shoulder boards for the 'Transporttruppendienst' (German Army Transportation and Supply Service). A superb high quality set as removed from uniform, sew-in type. With wartime subdued silver bullion cord having two gilt metal rank pips each for 'Hauptmann'. With matching gold metal numbers '18' for the 18th Transportation Battalion. On medium blue wool underlay. These are very attractively priced. EXC++$85.00.To Order

Black wool fragment is 3 ½ x 5" with seam down center of piece and with 3mm wide silver metallic braided officer piping. Reverse still shows pieces of lining and padding; also burlap material at seam.SOLD

.)THIRD REICH GERMAN ARMY NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICER'S SCHOOL CUFF-TITLE: as displayed on the lower right sleeve by those staff members of the German Army's NCO schools, a genuine period example. Reverse of cuff-title shows that typical mass of threads so common to original BeVo embroidered pieces.SOLD

.)THIRD REICH GERMAN TRAFFIC POLICE ENLSITED RANKS SLEEVE EAGLE: rather scarce sleeve eagle of the city traffic police constabulary. Carmine machine embroidered details on cut-to-shape gray wool underlay. Dimensions are 80x85mm. Removed from uniform with a couple of insignificant moth nibbles to edge of wool. Light age soiling from use. SOLD

.)WORLD WAR TWO P38 PISTOL HOLSTER: very nice high quality wartime example; typically the late war examples are found to be very cheaply made, this one is superb in its quality. Constructed of smooth black leather and with all stitching strong and intact. Has black leather tab on front and single metal stud fastener. Reverse has two black leather loops for service belt. Crisply marked on inside flap with eagle/swastika 'waffenamt' code and 'WaA86' and wartime maker's code 'bdr' with '44' date. Lovely holster. SOLD
