
When ordering please tell us the item
number and name of the item that you wish to purchase. If you
prefer to telephone, please keep in mind that we are in the USA,
Eastern Standard Time. Please call between the hours of 7:00 am
and 9:30 pm EST., 804-740-4226. We will advise you of the shipping
charges at the time of purchase; we insure all items for the full
value (selling price). Pending payment other than by credit card
we will hold an item for you for 7 days once you have been advised
of its availability. Overseas orders will be held for 15 days
unless other arrangements have been made. We accept Visa, MC,
American Express, cashiers check or money order.
You are entitled to a five day inspection period. If you are
not satisfied within the 5 day period, return merchandise for
a full refund, if in the same condition as when it was shipped
to you, less shipping costs. All returned items should be insured
or we can not be held responsible for lost merchandise. Please
let us know first if you are planning to return an item. After
the inspection period, no returns will be accepted without prior
arrangement for credit towards any other item.
We have a lay-away-plan on all items over $150.00 which requires one-third to half down, with the remainder due within (30 Days). Down payment is non-refundable. Lay a ways are merchandise credit only. Please E-mail for more details.
