With his signature below and with ink stamp 'Reichsstadthalter in Thuringen'. At the time Sauckel was the Gauleiter of Thuringia. He was later the head of the 3rd Rch's forced labor service (Generalbevollmächtigter für den Arbeitseinsatz) and was executed in 1946 for war crimes. Shows minor age and soiling.
