G548.)CASED TENO BADGE: an exquisite specimen in a great state of preservation. Burnished gold finish on a quality bronze alloy. Really a handsome badge. Separately applied TENO glass enameled swastika/gear device in center and '1922' date below (the year that this TENO member joined the organization). Crisply struck and handsome. Reverse has high quality hinge, long, blunt pin that is die-struck with maker 'WILHELM FUHNER, PFORZHEIM'. Reverse of applied motif is marked too with German design patent protection 'GES.GESCH.'. Also die-struck with serial number to individual recipient '4324'. Comes in it original black leatherette case, hinged and with functioning spring button catch at front. Inside of case is lined with ivory shade velvet and is slotted to perfectly hold hinge/pin assembly. Upper interior is lined with padded white satin. Case is intact and shows wear and age from the years. EXC++++
