Tailored of a quality political leader mustard-brown HBT wool (appears to be genuine period fabric). Displays a perfect profile and shape, high peak. Piped around the crown with gold metallic cord for Reichsleiter. Piping is the proper micro-braided metallic gold and cap is piped too around the upper/lower brown velvet cap band. Both the stamped gold alloy visor cap eagle and wreath below are so good that they appear to be genuine period. Separately applied cockade in center. Gold bullion braided chin cord fastened at sides with pebbled gold buttons. Brown patent leather visor with brown underside. Interior of cap is lined with brown satin-like fabric and has clear, celluloid moisture shield that is silver printed with the logo of the premiere Berlin tailor 'Holters Uniformen, Berlin'. Has genuine brown leather sweat band, soft and supple and with stitching strong and intact. Brown silk bow at rear of sweat band which is embossed with 'Deutsches Leder' (German Leather).
