US621.)WWII DOREX PILOT'S WRIST WATCH NAME ENGRAVED ON BACK: yes, this one's a treasure and you'll surely agree that the engraving on the reverse is genuine period. I have been able to get it to run but only for a short period of time. Like a stop watch it has the 'hack' time synchronizations button on the side and yet another that put everything back to 12 o'clock position (stop watch function). Large face 36mm wide with bronze finished face and glass. With Swiss maker 'Dorex' on face. Has two smaller inset dials; one is for seconds of time and the other is for total hours. Has its orignal black leather wrist strap I believe...it shows genuine wear and age although it's soft and supple. Reverse is perfectly jeweler-engraved with this pilot's name, his squadron and the date 'F.J.FANK HENGGELER, 563rd BOMB. SQDN, OCT. 11, 1944'. Overall in a good state of preservation. Bronze face shows some age toning and the steel casing displays some scratches on the back here and there. No big deal. EXC++++
