US637.)THREE (3) WWII BULLION WIRE EMBROIDERED USAAF WINGS: lovely set of three 3" full size bullion wire embroidered USAAF wings. Includes pilot's wing having thin paper backing and some difficult to discern old writing. Observer's wing too also with thin tissue paper backing. Lastly, command pilot's wing; has been removed from a uniform and the stitching still remains on the back, holes too from the stitching evident on the reverse. None of these glow of course....all three are original period and out of an old mid-West collection. EXC++++
