G3819.)GERMAN ARMY ENLISTED RANKS OVERSEAS CAP: salty and worn, a genuine period garrison cap. Both cap eagle and national colors rosette are original to this cap, meticulously hand applied. Wear to BeVo eagle from field use. Note too that there is wear to the wool's nap on cap, a couple of light moth bites. Not detracting at all. Has infantry white soutache too. Green enamel finished ventilation grommets at sides. Inside of cap is lined with brownish-gray brushed cotton. Faintly ink stamped inside which is worn from use. Hey, it's a great, salty, original cap.....
