Can't stress how attractive this imperial piece is. With the years '1914' and '1916' also separately applied. Bracelet is hinged  and opens...has locking clasp at side and delicate gold retaining chain. Has tiny, decorative gold coin-like pendent with 'ANDENKEN AN LILLE' ( Souvenir of Lille, France). Comes in its hinged 3 1/2" square gray leatherette case with functioning spring button catch at front. On the lid is 1914 Iron Cross 1st Class motif. Inside of case is lined with plush purple velvet and has pedestal to firmly hold bracelet in place. Upper interior lined with gold printed 'Andenken an Feindesland' (Souvenir of Enemy Territory).
