Luminescent dial with secondary hour clock at base. Both hour and miniates hands are luminescent yellow detailed. Seconds hand sweeps perfectly.  Ask for a video so that you can observe this clock function perfectly. Dark olive green finished aluminum frame with four mounting holes for instrument panel. Has aluminum panel on the back that screws off and reveals interior workings of clock. Marked on the back with instrument maker 'Borduhr' along with military specification codes, etc. EXC++++
