Really a stunning grouping. Displays a flawless and perfect '14 EKII, none finer. With both the 1st Class and 2nd Class 1914-1918 German Red Cross Service Medals. The 1st Class specimen is adorned with red glass enameling. Both have crowned cross motifs and crowns along with initials 'WR' for Wilhelm Rex (Kaiser Wilhelm) and 'AV' for the Kaiserin Augusta-Viktoria. On the back of both is the inscription 'Fuer Verdienste um das Rothe Kreuz' (For Faithful Service in the Red Cross). Lastly, the Prussian World War One Veteran's League Kyffhauserbund. 42mm wide silver cross with Iron Cross design and inscription 'Fur Verdienst im Kriegerverein-Wessen' (For Faithful Service in the War Veteran's League'. The script initials around the outside of this cross 'P', 'L', 'K', 'V' are for Pruessen Landes Kreigerverein (Prussian National War Veteran's League).
