Reverse has inscription 'FUR VERDIENSTVOLLE MITARBEIT BEI DEN OLMPISCHEN SPIELEN 1936' (For Faithful Service and Work On the 1936 Olympic Games). Both sides are silver frosted and show a gray toning from the years. Clean ribbon with typical German pin-back clasp on the reverse. Comes in perfectly intact 3x4" white leatherette case, hinged and with functioning spring button catch at front. Lid is gold embossed with Olympic rings and the interior is lined with plush gray velvet. It's deeply recessed to accommodate the pendent and pin-back.
