Watch is the larger size (it's 2 1/2' wide, standard pocket watch is typically 2" wide). Functions and perfectly and sweeps right along. With both seconds hand and smaller minutes dial at top. With glass covering and white finished face, black numerals. Bright nickel-plated body with crisply etched German eagle/swastika on back and letter 'M' for German navy property (Marine=navy). Serial numbered '271/N/G'. Comes in 3" hardwood case with hinged lid at top and having swing locking catch. This watch can be wound up and used while in this case. However, the watch is removable as shown by removing the four screws on the back. Note too that the case is die-struck with matching number '271/N/G'. Outstanding. EXC++++
