Has high relief inscription at top and bottom which translates in English='National Federation for the Breeding and Testing of Thoroughbreds' and below 'For Outstanding Achievement in the Care and Handling of Horses'. Has four flat rivets on the back from where badge is mounted. Interesting to point out that Angolia comments that ...."by virtue of the criteria, it must rank among the rarest of badges". EXC++++
