This elaborate postal cover commemorated the 50th anniversary of the British 'AEROPLANE AND ARMAMENT EXPERIMENTAL DOMAIN'. Dated '19 March 1971'. Two British postage stamps elaborately cachet cancelled and with 'Flown Round the 1931 Schneider Trophy Course in Nimrod MR MKI XV148'. Autographed in ink but both German fighter ace Adolf Galland and World War Two US Army Air Forces aviation hero Jimmy Doolittle (signed as 'J.H.Doolittle').
