Flawless white glass enameling on both sides. Note too the national eagle motifs in each quadrant, white glass enamels too behind each swastika. At top is fan-shaped suspension and silver ring that's marked with maker's code '21' and silver content '900'. Austrian style tri-folded ribbon. Has that typical Austrian hook and eyelet mounting for ribbon. Just outstanding all around. EXC++++
