RD3880.)DIPLOMATIC CORPS LEADER'S SLEEVE RANK PATCH: handsome vintage piece, circa 1960's. Removed from a uniform sleeve and sleeve slightly vaulted to the form of sleeve's contour. This is the tropical type being on khaki wool underlay. Shows gold bullion wreath and national eagle which is accented with black threads for contrast. Two gold bullion embroidered stars for elevated rank of ambassador or diplomatic corps official. Has a tan gauze backing cloth. Does not glow under a black light, some very light and insignificant mothing...no holes, just to the wool's nap. EXC++++
