Gold finished alloy wreath is burnished and super good-looking, silver alloy diving eagle motif. Wehrmacht eagle design is crisp too. This is a lightweight badge which is indeed quite correct....these were always made of a lighter alloy, some were constructed of aluminum. Has assault badge type hinge on the back and long, pointed pin. Two rivets on back. Not maker marked. EXC++++
