RD605.)MP38/40 LEATHER SLING: nice older example. Quite outstanding and not junk. 41" long overall and 22mm wide. Surface is adorned with the correct cross-hatching and is grooved top and bottom. Has leather keeper slide loop. All stitching is strong and intact. Gun metal blued steel friction buckle with leather covering on one side. Sling is ink stamped with designation 'MP38 u. 40' and is die-struck with maker's code and date  'adf 1943'. EXC++++
