RD769.)SS HONOR RING WITH AWARD DOCUMENT: both the document and honor ring are named to Waffen-SS officer Kurt Meyer. Ring is an exceptional old copy, well detailed. Inside is jeweler, script engraved to recipient 'Meyer' and with date of issue '21.12.41'. With script engraved 'H.Himmler' signature. Ring is about a normal ring finger size. It's an exceptional old copy and comes in black cardboard carton with embossed SS runes on lid. 8x12" award document is attractively and convincingly aged. At top is title 'Der Reichsfuhrer SS' from Himmler's HQ and dated at Berlin '21.12.1941.' Awards him the SS Honor Ring 'Tragen die den Ring in Ehren'. Note that the date on the ring and on the award document are matching. Award document comes in elaborate, heavy, paper stock printed on the front with NSDAP eagle. EXC++++
