Tailored of a quality black wool and piped around the crown with the proper micro-braided gold cord. Piped too around the upper and lower black velvet cap band. Both the cap eagle and cockade are impeccably hand embroidered gold bullion wire on cut-to-shape black wool underlay. Quality gold chin cord fastened at sides with gold pebbled buttons. Smooth black patent leather visor shows mild wear around the leading edge, underside has the correct brown checkered pattern. Interior of cap is lined with tan silk-like fabric and has clear celluloid moisture shield printed with the logo of the premiere 'Holters-Uniformen, Berlin'. Size label is '58' although it's a tad bit larger. Has soft and supple genuine brown leather sweat band with decorative white silk bow at rear seam. EXC++++
