RD512.)WAFFEN-SS OFFICER'S BROCADE DRESS BELT AND BUCKLE: 39" long overall and 45mm wide. With silver metallic brocade fabric on W-SS field green velvet underlay. Silver metallic brocade is machine embroidered with SS runes and acanthus leaves. Super-fine quality old copy buckle, circa 1970's and one made to deceive, 48mm wide stamped aluminum and handsomely darkened in the recessed areas for contrast. Underside of buckle is die-struck with SS runes, RZM logo and 'W' maker's logo. Has green leather tab on underside of belt that has adjustment holes. Marked too with European size '95' which is kind of neat. EXC++++
