US3438.)CIRCA 1999 FBI 'WANTED' POSTER, OSAMA BIN LADEN: we have two of these and both were brought in to a militaria dealer that we know well by a retired USMC colonel. This poster is pre-9/11 as it's dated in the lower right corner 'May 6, 1999'. Issued by the Director of the FBI Louis Freeh and offers a $5 million reward for information leading directly to Bin Laden's capture. With his photo and reasons wanted: "Murder of US Nationals outside of the United States, conspiracy to murder US Nationals, Attack on a federal facility....". Note that he warns that he 'should be considered armed and dangerous'. Give all the personal particulars: his height, weight, complexion, etc. and 'Nationality: Saudi Arabaian'. On the back is a list of all of the FBI field office locations. States too that his organization was known as 'Al-Qaeda'. Note too that this poster is printed on fine quality paper stock, smooth and nicely made. This is the type of paper used by the GSA Government Printing Office. Not a current reprint but indeed a twenty-five year old orignal. EXC++++
