Machine embroidered details on 4" wide (95mm) olive brown wool, the dead-on correct shade for the WWII period Imperial Japanese Army. Reverse is ink stamped with Japanese characters being the maker. Some put a paper tag on the back "WWII Japanese Paratrooper's Badge, old copy". Nothing glows on this badge. EXC+++++
