It's possible that this gem quality piece is original period; I can't really tell and you'll agree. 53mm wide gold alloy cross with finely executed white glass enameling, separately applied black glass enameled DRK eagle in center. Has the proper ball finial mounting at top. Note too that the reverse is white glass enameled which is correct -- most old copies have just a plain gold alloy back. Frosted gold oak leaf acanthus suspension for ribbon. We added this to the cross along with the full length ribbon (which is an old reproduction). Again, the cross is likely genuine period while the ribbon and oak leaf suspension are old repros. EXC++++
