Marked on the front with Japanese maker 'SEIKOSHA'. Has hinged cover on the back which opens up to reveal the inner workings. Inside of rear lid is marked with 'SKS' and 'FINE NICKEL' with serial number. Comes in hinged 3x5" wooden case with swing latch at front. Black printed Japanese characters on the lid and inside is lined with plush plush purple velvet...recessed to hold watch in place. Printed with Japanese characters on the inside of case too. Watch winds up nicely and runs fun but it won't go back to the start position, something which a watch repair guy could easily fix. EXC++++
