US825.)WWII USAAF TECHNICAL OBSERVER'S WING: I collected USAAF wings for years so I am somewhat of an expert in this field. This gem quality, 'GEMSCO' marked and 'STERLING'  Technical Observer wing is indeed genuine period. 3" full size and oh some handsomely detailed; typical Gemsco quality and construction. Reverse has horizontal swing pin, roller catch. Note too the correct semi-hollow construction. Die-struck with silver content 'STERLING' and premiere period maker 'GEMSCO, N.Y.C.'. Outstanding and a WWII period treasure. EXC+++++
