At top is massive bronze American eagle pin-back clasp, clean American flag embroidered ribbon. With bronze pendent at base showing the theaters of war for the Span-Am conflict....Puerto Rico, Cuba, Philippine Islands. Suspension clasp at top is panoply of arms, cannon and anchor. Back of eagle clasp at top is die-struck with serial number to individual recipient '48320'. Exceptional medal. EXC++++
