This clutch-back gem is marked on the reverse with 'A.E.Co, Utica, NY' for the American Emblem Company. Marked 'STERLING' too. Totally outstanding WWII period example. Still has the two clutches tied with a string as done by this GI to keep from losing the clutches. Very desirable maker-marked WWII CIB. EXC++++
