Recently examined and approved by the collecting field's number one cloth insignia expert. Everything about this single shoulder strap screams that it's original and untouched. Gray wool body and piped with golden-rod yellow wool for parachute troops. Wartime subdued silver rank litzen and single silver rank pip -- now toned with patina -- for Oberfeldwebel. With silver alloy gothic letter 'P' device (original to this strap) for Panzer-Abwehr (anti-tank). Gray wool tongue with gray brushed cotton lining. Machine sewn reinforced keyhole button opening. Has gray-finished, pebbled shoulder button. Note too the single button sewn to the tongue for mounting the marksmanship cord. EXC++++
