G451.)NSDAP POLITICAL LEADER'S LEATHER BELT AND BUCKLE: in a superb state of preservation. Smooth brown leather belt, 58mm wide (2 1/2") and 41" long overall. Has both leather keeper slides. Buckle is 56mm wide frosted gold finished zinc alloy. Finish is burnished and frosted and shows mild wear and age high relief areas. Outstanding. Underside of belt at tip is ink stamped with European size '100'. Underside of buckle is marked with RZM logo and maker's code 'M4/77'. Opposite side clasp is adorned with acanthus leaves and is also marked with RZM logo and 'M4/24' (buckle and clasp never match on these, different manufacturers for different components). Leather is soft and supple and is intact. EXC++++
