Awards him the 'Frontflug=Spange fur Jager in Gold' (Fighter Flying Clasp in Gold). Awarded on '24.Dez.1942' and signed at the base by this pilot's commanding officer 'Major und Geschwaderkommodore' (major and wing commander).
