G309.)EIGHT (8) GERMAN ARMY MARCHING BAND FIGURES: eight toy soldiers from the Weimar era -- Reichsheer period -- all German army bandsman. These are all Lionel toy soldiers and so marked on the base of each. Includes three clarinetists, three flute players and three snare drummers. These show the typical wear and age for these but not bad. These were made of a clay-like composition with interior wire frames. Some wear to the hand-painted features and the drummers each have a cracked arm although the arms are present (not missing). The other six of these are in pretty good condition as these are typically found. EXC
