Impeccably executed silver bullion wire on cut-to-shape police green wool. Wings are done in a thinner silver wire for contrast while the eagle's body and wreath are executed in round, tubular wire. Nice. Wing shoulders are done in a hammered tinsel. Black hand embroidered swastika edged with silver wire. Base fabric is police-green wool and shows typical thin black tissue paper backing. No glowing under a black light. You can discern the stitching marks on the back from where sewn onto uniform. EXC++++
