Padded and bolstered, navy blue wool body with impeccably hand embroidered gold bullion wire details now attractively tarnished from the years. This is a circa 1960's copy. Has separately applied bronze eagle device and with gold bullion embroidered letters 'DLV' (Deutscher-Luftsportsverband). Back of badge is stenciled with 'Eigentum DLV' (the Property of the DLV) and serial number '2923'. Has black canvas backing fabric. EXC++++
