Motif shows American troops with flag and rifles, 'PHILIPPINE INSURRECTION 1899'. Reverse has wreath and 'FOR PATRIOTISM FORTIDTUDE AND LOYALTY'. Die-struck on the base of the rim with serial number 'No.7681'. Very desirable US campaign medal in a superb+ state of preservation. EXC++++
