Marked with raised relief 'FIRST AID PACKET, U.S.GOV'T, Carlisle Model' and with maker 'Kendell Co.-Chicago'. Carrier is the Model 1942 type and the dressing tin is the 1942 type 'WITH CRYSTALLINE SULFANILAMIDE'. Pristine condition. EXC+++++
