Has medical caduceus device -- pin-back with roller catch and NS Meyer maker-marked -- on 40mm wide crimson wool which is separately hand sewn on. Inside of cap has soft and supple brown leather sweat band. All stitching is strong and robust. Lined too inside with yellow satin and is named. No mothing and in a great state of preservation.
