RD1087.)WWII GERMAN PO8 LUGER AND HOLSTER, NON-FIRING REPLICA: this is an old and vintage replica of the World War Two German P-08. It's non-firing and is harmless. Cannot be converted into a weapon. This is a circa 1960's Nakata replica, very desirable from the time when these were made identically to the real weapons. This one's constructed of a gun-metal finished alloy and is constructed with all of the proper parts and components. Black composition grips, checkered. Receiver toggles back very nicely. Note too that this is a sixty+ year old replica and as such doesn't have the more modern red 'clown nose' plug in the barrel. Some wear to the gun metal finish here and there from use and from the years. Side of is marked with Japanese maker 'Nakata'. Has separate magazine, release button functions smoothly. Top of receive is marked with the Parabellum monogram and is dated '1942'. Serial numbered too 'B3040'. Smooth black leather holster, soft and supple and with all stitching intact and strong. Has metal adjustment buckle at front. Leather sleeve on the side holding this weapon's magazine; leather take down tool pouch on inside the flap. Back of holster has two machine sewn on loops for the pistol belt. Marked on back with this weapon's designation 'P08' and maker 'Eglener G.m.b.H. Baltzen 1941' and with waffenamt eagle/swastika proof mark 'WaA170'. Weighs three pounds with holster, the same as a real one.
